Meet Ed Lincoln '78

About Ed

Ed has been a lifelong HT resident. Attended James Stoy School and graduated from HTHS in 1978.

He enjoys being active within the community and has participated in food drives, park clean-ups, served as Chairman of the Board of Deacons at the former Grace Baptist Church. Currently a member of the Westmont Lions and led a reunion group of ’78 classmates who planned and held a 40th year reunion in 2018. Ed was proud to be honored in 2018 as he entered the HTHS Athletic Hall of Fame as a member of the 1976 State Championship Cross Country team (the last to be coached by legendary coach Al Tanner).

After the pandemic hit, Ed found himself seeking employment and after years of working in advertising, marketing and the printing/direct mail industry, he started doing odd jobs for friends and neighbors to stay busy. Months later as the work volume and requests increased, he decided to officially start his own handyman business. Now after a year, his business ‘Better Than A Husband Handyman Service LLC’ is exceeding his wildest imaginations. Adding partners, a truck and additional tools, his business is continually growing. Serving the Haddon Township/Haddonfield/Collingswood area, he is most proud of the recommendations and reviews that come in.

Ed enjoys having been asked to join the Alumni Association and looks forward serving and helping the group accomplish many goals while establishing a good resource for all alumni in the future. He remains a Haddon Township resident who has two children, both graduates of HTHS, that are currently living in San Diego.

Ed can be reached directly via email: elink21@yahoo.com .
